    My first time here and I will definitely be back! Great place and friendly atmosphere and employees! I also bought some wiper blades and they put them on since I never replaced them since I bought the truck! Thanks Mavis and see you all next time!👍

    Very knowledgeable and helpful! Trust them to do my routine oil changes. Had a issue with past vehicle and the found the leak right at the source no have to fix this and that and still have a leak.

    The night Before Thanksgiving, even though it was passed working hours the manager, I believe his name is Nate stayed open to fix my tires as I was traveling the next day. The service I received from this Mavis discount tire store has always been exceptional!

    Its that time of year, weather change, snow, holidays and road debris! So, randomly acquired a screw in our secondary family vehicle. With out fail, Mavis was able to accommodate our busy schedule and get the vehicle in. No worries, no hassles. Quick and easy. I bring all my vehicles here (drive across town) for the friendly, efficient, wrapped with integrity and fairness. Dave, the tech, was great and handled the repair easily. I plan to bring the Honda Pilot back for inspection when the time arises. Special Kudos to Nate. Client service and genuine care for the customer speaks volumes. Plus, you can feel the culture he instills in the Ephrata PA store. Thank you all for the great service as always! -Andy
