I have always gone to this location for tires, oil changes, etc. I unexpectedly had a fuel pump issue with my vehicle a few months back. I broke down away from home and ended up taking it to a competitor just due to where I broke down. After having to go back to that same competitor 3 times because they never seemed to fully fix the issue, I decided to take my vehicle to Mavis to see if they could diagnose and/or fix the issue. I walked in spoke with the pleasant young lady at the front desk (I apologize but I didn’t get her name). I explained the issue and she immediately got her co-workers Taylor and Dave who listened to my issue. Once I explained it, they asked for my keys and pulled my truck in right away to see what was going on. Less than 10 minutes later, Taylor came back and gave me my keys saying I was all finished. He explained the competitor I went to installed the part incorrectly and that he and Dave fixed it and made sure there was no more leak. This issue has been such a headache and money pit for me, so I hope this review reaches Taylor, Dave, and the rest of the great team over at the Mavis in Ephrata… Thank you all!
