  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Ephrata! I was so happy with the service they provided when they fixed two flat tires for me that I decided to go back when it was time for new tires. The entire staff was wonderful. I explained what I was looking for, and they took the time to discuss my options and help me choose the best tires for my SUV. I was very happy with the price, and the tires were installed quickly—even with the snow that morning! The waiting room is always clean, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back for oil changes, especially since tire rotations are included. Thank you Alex, Zoe, Nate, and Dave—your teamwork truly makes for a great customer experience!

  Needed a flat repaired, they got me in right away same day. Great service from a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend this location. I will come back when I need tire sevice.

  My husband and I come here all the time and they always take care of us, and if there is things they cannot help us they always guide us in the right direction. Very pleasant people 😊

  My car started to overheat while on the turnpike, they got the part delivered and replaced in time to have dinner with my mother. I’ve never had a bad experience with any mavis, but these guys were so good, I had to write a review!! They take great care of their customers!! Long live Mavis!

  Our daughter goes to a nearby college not far from Mavis. Yesterday, (Saturday on the coldest day of the year, 8 degrees out) we travelled over an hour to visit her and have lunch. When she met us at the buffet, she told us in a panicked way, that one of her tires was flat. After my husband looked at it, he saw that the side was severely damaged. (She had been driving on it for miles) Due to the life of the tires it was clear that all four tires really needed replacement. After a quick phone search (we weren't sure where we could go) my son told us there was a nearby Mavis Tire that would be open for the next 3 to 4 hours. My husband asked me to call. After getting the spare on, we drove over and brought it in. They were waiting for us. 'Zoe' handled everything finding the right size, and also fixing tire sensors, and alignment. We then went to lunch and the car was ready and waiting for us in less than 2 hours. This was on a crowded Saturday! They are fantastic and I will always recommend them. Also the price was very good.
