He will do just about anything to help you get your truck fixed even in the parking lot. Skin his knuckles trying to get a corroded bolt out and says oh well its nothing. While replacing it he discovered I didn't have a tie down for the battery. He helped me figure out what to do... Then he found most of it in my car... Where a precious installer from another company had put it... And not replaced itlike they should. He found a piece that would make the tie down work and installed it. I can't say enough nice things about this place and the people that work there. I would highly recommend them and will be going back again.
