While replacing it he discovered I didn't have a tie down for the battery. He helped me figure out what to do... Then he found most of it in my car... Where a precious installer from another company had put it... And not replaced itlike they should. He found a piece that would make the tie down work and installed it. I can't say enough nice things about this place and the people that work there. I would highly recommend them and will be going back again.

Michael and Gordon provided me with the best customer service I have ever received in my life. They were beyond patient with me, they assisted me and they provided support every step of the way. I was able to salvage my day and get my car on the road solely thanks to the efforts of both of these outstanding individuals. I am going to contact Advance Corporate daily until both of these gentlemen are recognized properly for what they did for me today (hey Advance, that's money, not a gift card or a pizza party). Best experience ever!
