  If you are in need of car service/repairs or a new/pre-owned car, Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster is the place to go! I'll share my story with you. My car was turning off when I put it in gear so I took my 2005 Lexus RX 330 to this location because I trust their expertise and the customer service has always been outstanding. Noah Chronister in the service department gathered information about what was going on with the car and put me in a 2026 Lexus RX 350 loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced! Talk about amazing service! I had a strong feeling that my car was beyond repair. The mechanics work diligently on my vehicle, but it was too far gone. After all it was a 2005 and it served me well at 211,000 miles. I came to pick up my vehicle, but in the back of my mind I prayed to leave with a new car. I even came with documents that may be needed for financing such as pay stubs, bank statements, tax return, etc. Ron Bezzard, my salesman helped to narrow down vehicles in my requested price range. He was so helpful and knowledgeable; knowing what to look for in the listings. The vehicle in this picture was available. This 2015 Lexus NX200t was AWESOME! It was so classy and state of the art! The car was well maintained and very clean. Ron and I went for a test drive; needless to say the vehicle handled very well. I was ready to move on to financing. I don't have top of the line credit, so I didn't know how this part would go. Ben Smith, the finance manager, helped me tremendously! I got a great deal for my trade and a car payment that I can afford! Zach Barstow in finance wrapped everything up reviewing the paperwork and other details. Zach was very personable and made me feel at ease with the process. I truly had a great experience here at Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the first greeting at the service desk to finalizing the paperwork on my new car. Thank you all for making this a positive and memorable experience for me. I'm so excited to be in my new Lexus!

  Tl;dr 10/10 dealership team! Mr. Gus and the team made it happen! Even though they are out of state for me, I will absolutely consider working with them in the future AGAIN and recommend them to others! I've been looking to purchase a vehicle for a year. Various dealerships gave me issues and were not willing to work with me. Being out of state could have been a factor. I found the vehicle in the middle of the night and sent over an inquiry. Received a reply from Mr. Gus early in the next morning. We went back and forth answering each other's questions. He provided me all the information I needed. I received a clean outdoor price a few hours later without any BS. The next day I bought the tickets to fly over. They were able to pick me up from the airport and we were able to complete everything in a few hours. Mr. Gus and the team gave me a chance even though I was out of state. They were willing to work me, catered to my concerns, and ensured the process was smooth to complete the transaction. The deal took less than 5 days to complete. Technically sooner, but I had to schedule a flight over. I am extremely grateful for having worked with Mr. Gus and his team. I hope to work with them again in the future!

  I’m a Volvo shop owner always looking for a good deal on a special Volvo. Rahal had a 2019 S60 Inscription in great shape with the color and interior I was after. Danielle Artus had the car ready for a test drive within 10 minutes of my phone call, and I stopped by after work to pick it up. The process was incredibly seamless. The dealership was beautiful. I’ve worked in a couple high end dealerships and Rahal takes the cake!
