My lexus is300 has common issues such as ball joint failure and cam shft seal leaks, an he was able to give me a whole parts list before I could ask. I made a call to the autozone nearby and their guys didnt seem to know half as much. Nice to see that some parts store still hire parts salespeople instead of cashiers.
