  I went in to get a windshield wiper and I was shushed by an employee who told me he was the "commercial" guy. I didn't know he was on the phone and he could have said it nicer. He should be fired. Zero customer service from him. I am only giving this a 3 star because there was a woman who saw me struggling to put the windshield wiper blade on my car and went out of her way to help me. Give her a promotion and fire the shusher!

  I just left auto zone and I am very disappointed in my experience. I went there for wiper blades and asked the guy at the front desk for help and he tried to up-sale me. When I questioned if he had cheaper blades he lied and said not in stock and he could not get them shipped to the store. Very unfortunate and poor customer service. He got upset when I refused the sale and chose to go elsewhere.

  needed a quick in and out on my lunch break for sealant. i fail to see how if im the only customer why i waited as long as i did. please put in self check out of man the registers.

  Always my go to when I have to get that part for stuff I can work on for my car. All the tools and parts needed. Today, needed a new battery. Marcy said there was a still a warranty on the old battery and looked on the computer to tell me where I probably bought it so I could get a new one. Lined me up a new battery and all i needed
