- GDG Dog1 day ago5.0I'm in Morgantown with an Enterprise rental care whose wipers blades are making a terrible screeching sound and scratching the windshield. I called Enterprise to get an exchange at a local branch . I called the place Enterprise gave me and they said they didn't have any cars, but told me Enterprise has a contract with Mavis Tire, who would replace the wipers and charge it to them. When they tried at Mavis to look up my vehicle in the Enterprise service portal to log the work order, they couldn't find it. But they still took the car in, changed the blades and filled the tires, which had activated a low pressure warning and showed the true cause of the problem. It was a part ot the wiper arm and they couldn't do anything about it. They sent me on my way without charging me anything and the service manager was terrific - friendly, professional and thorough. Sorry I didn't get his name. Very pleased with Mavis: we've used this shop a number of times and were also happy with their service across the board. Enterprise/National rental car - not so hot.

I went in and had a few simple questions and instead of the normal eye rolls I got an easy explanation, Bryan made me feel reassured that my car was in good hands and was in and out in no time. Hands will be the only place I take my car from now on. Find a trustworthy mechanic is really hard! Glad I found mine!!

I arrive and am told they cannot perform inspections. When I inquired why I wasn’t notified, they lied and said they called me. Nice guys running the place I’m sure - but why waste someone’s time and be dishonest? Stick to tires with this location.
