Check the vehicle thoroughly before driving off the lot or you may be getting a call from the police that there was a mag left in the car. First of all, my husband and I are pacifists and do not own a gun. They accused us of leaving it there and that they do a thorough job of cleaning it. The car smelled like cigarettes smoke when we got it. We needed it for a day while our truck was in the shop. I’m assuming it was from someone who worked there or a previous renter and they didn’t clean. Either way, avoid this place.

I called to simply extend my rental for a couple of hours, and the phone was picked up only for me to be immediately placed on hold without a single word or chance to respond. I thought maybe they were busy, so I called back,same thing. Apparently, that’s just how they operate. I ended up calling Enterprise customer service, and even they had to escalate the situation to a supervisor. I’m still waiting for that call. All of this over a basic request that should’ve taken two minutes. After this experience, I don’t even want the car anymore, and I definitely won’t be using this location again. Completely unacceptable.
