  The representative was very helpful, kind, polite and professional. She truly understood the importance of listening to the customer and their needs. In today’s world good customer service is severely lacking. It’s refreshing to see that this quality is not extinct.

  Every since Sean Wenclawiak became manager the service has been trash! So sad because this used to be my favorite branch. The branch is either significantly understaffed during peak periods, communication is poor, it took two weeks to get me into a rental, then Sean performed walked around the vehicle three times and even got on the ground to look under the wheel wells. I know for a fact that is not the return process considering how often I rent, specifically from this branch. He was purposely delaying my ability to return and pay for the vehicle. When I asked Sean what the problem was he told me "You're going to wait for me" so I had to start screaming in the parking lot asking anyone if they could process a payment for a vehicle I wanted to return. This branch lost me as a repeat customer. So sad. They made su much money off of me.

  Mostly good experience. People there were great. Easy to rent. Satisfying. I'd rent from them again. Really convenient was i didn't have to return rental to shop - they picked it up at place my own car was.

  I got a nice enough car and it did the job. The price was reasonable as I got it through my insurance. Everyone was helpful and the car was reasonably clean. The windows were really dirty on the inside and it did smell like weed inside the vehicle when I got it. I had been given a warning that it smelled like cigarettes which was fine but it really just smelled like pot. I didn't love that but I was fine with it enough to not ask for another vehicle. I did get charged for a day that it snowed and I could not get the car out of my neighborhood and I tried. I think that's a little bit unfair, but I'm not sure that fairness matters in general. This location does not have after hours drop off. I had extended my car online yet I still got a call from them asking me if I want to extend the car pay the original deadline. I'm not sure where the disconnect was with that. All that being said I would still use this Enterprise location. I might in the future look to return it to another Enterprise location though related to hours and weather.
