My vehicle was stolen and my insurance company utilized Enterprise for my rental. I had the vehicle for 19 days and paid $795.75 out of pocket. I received $150 back when I returned the vehicle. I wanted to extend my rental because my car is still being repaired. Since my insurance had exhausted they wanted me to pay another $700 to rent another car instead of letting me continue with my current agreement. This is very disturbing as we the customers are already paying for unforseen expenses and to add this burden during this time is horrible. I returned my vehicle and will rent a car from another company because this wasn't right.
