Charge a $400 deposit when I rented less than 6 months at the same location and that did not happen. 4. My rental was charge under another persons reservation resulting in my Amex being charged 2 times. 5. The manager at the Elkins Park branch promised me on 3 different occasions the charges would be reversed for the charges billed on someone else’s reservation. 7 days later, I had to call corporate who cannot find the pending $602 charges that are still on my Amex. 6. Corporate could not find the charge and had to escalate to finance. I called Amex who advised me they cannot dispute until it finalizes or enterprise reverses the charges. This has been the worse experience and a horrible way to start 2026. Enterprise needs to do better and value their customers. I feel like no one cares by their actions especially at the branch. I’m spending time away from work to get this resolved for a week. Where’s my motivation to ever use enterprise for my rental needs?
