  After sorting out warranty issues, Brian Kreider and his team of professionals quickly diagnosed the issues and had them repaired within three hours. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome, especially given the challengeI had finding a shop that would look at my issues. I had to travel over 270 miles for the repairs but it was well worth it.

  First experience with General RV in Elizabethtown was very positive. I took it in for a Winnebago recall. They did a courtesy check of the lights and roof when I pulled in which I thought was a nice touch. Location is very clean, organized and secure. My service manager Brian was very communicative and worked with me on checking out another issue that I had questions about. Will definitely be back if my Winnebago needs any service or support.

  I’ve been here twice and each time I attempted to shop here, they didn’t have a salesperson on staff and told me I would have to wait. Nope! They refuse to even let you browse without a salesperson. Needless to say, they will not be getting my business, ever!

  Although we had a rough start to begin our service appointment, once Missy got involved she spearheaded and took responsibility for successfully getting our unit repaired in less than stated time. She was friendly, competent and professional.

  I went to general rv center with every intention on signing on the dotted line. Once there I was only allowed to look at 5 campers and was rushed through each never really getting the time to truly look. Terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend looking there to anyone.
