While costly (this is at the fault of the person who sold me a car with no brakes...) the service was fast and convenient. The worker at this location was able to change out my brakes, rotors and then some on a very short notice and I got my car back the same day. Looking at the bill, labor costs were not unreasonable either. Highly recommend this location.

She knows nothing about cars or what she tries to sell to customers, all while she sits up front in plain view of customers drinking blue bottles of Bud Light Platinum!! Disgrace that they allow that in such a big chain.

Young man came out and he did something and the light came on, said the connector wasn’t tight. He saved me money!!! Thank you Monroe Muffler!!!

I missed my initial appointment due to my own negligence and not reading thru the email thoroughly. Thankfully they were able to get me in the following day so I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up after I finished work. I had to contact them to verify the car was finished before I went to pick it up 8 hrs late and it was. Awesome I get 10 mins away from the shop and my car starts acting up engine wise! My check engine light was on prior but now is flashing which means serious problem!! Barely got it home. Only now have I read the comments about this place and has me questioning my decision on having work done here.
