Very pleased with the results of the work I requested on my 2020 FR3. Living room slide now works properly, seals along the seams on the roof are now good where they had worn away, & AC filters both cleaned. I am ready to go camping for the 2026 season. Most important, the nice surprise when they came in with a price $300 cheaper than original estimate. 😊

Run! Don't walk from this place! They sold us a lemon. We bought a 2023/2024? Nexxus viper in 2024. I use the question mark because the windshield sticker and the bumper sticker didn't agree. The camper was never used though. Now we suspect they used our camper for spare parts and put subpar ones back in! Our RVMP generator worked fine for walk through but died only a few days later. Of course they don't work on generators, they said. So we took it elsewhere to be fixed but it was so bad, nobody could fix it. So I contacted the generator company and they immediately said they have not installed these in Nexxus since 2021. Well, surprise. The generator was manufactured in 2021. Was it swapped out? Who knows. Fortunately RVMP immediately shipped us a FREE brand new one because they..."wanted to keep us safe!" Now that is a company with integrity! General RV never fixed one thing from our walk through...oh it was promised but any parts never came in, and they never returned our phone calls. They also claimed to put an Azdel material on our camper, which I seriously doubt they ever did. They didn't do the things we could see; I doubt they did the thing we couldn't see. And believe me, that Azdel wasn't cheap. In not even 2 years, we've replaced the thermostat, the heater main board, the ac, blinds which fell down. There was also a smart tv in the bedroom but a dumb? TV above the cab. We suspect it was also switched out. I truly can't say enough bad about this company. When I talk to those other companies now fixing my 100K lemon, they say, yeah...we've heard about them *eye rolls*
Thank God we were smart enough not to buy the offered 12k RV extended warranty for any issues; I don't trust their integrity or their ability to call back. I frankly wouldn't let them work on my scooter. Now they have a new facility, and lots of acres of new RVs. Oh, they'll sell you one, but after that, you're on your own. Do yourself a favor and just look elsewhere. We were stupid and didn't believe the reviews either. Oh and if you are General RV, don't call or text us. Why start now?

Called to make an appointment to inspect my double axle 35' 5th Wheel asked for a price. They told me around $96.00. When it was finished it cost $179.00. Not very accurate. I was not present for the inspection so I have no idea exactly what they did for that price. The paperwork does not indicate what they looked at. It took about an hour and a half. It's taken to a garage where you can not see anything. When I questioned the price the lady told me she does not do inspections and has no idea everything they do. Rather rudely.
I think the people who answer the phones should be better adversed to answer question with more accuracy. It is more than I ever paid. Chose General RV for convenience. Never again. If this is their service, I would never buy from them.

If I could put zero stars I would. 3 weeks ago I traded in my 17 foot 2022 camper and got a 26 foot 2021 camper. We totally cleaned the inside and the outside and emptied all of our tanks and filled the propane tank before we traded it in. The camper we are purchasing, we checked it out the week before and wrote down some issues for them to take care of, and they weren’t taking care of. They showed us through the camper and we saw that it was dirty, but we figured we will just clean it. Even though they had a week to do this. They told us that propane tanks for full, and it was ready to go. We went up to sign off the rest of the paperwork and all they had to do was hook it up for us. We kept asking the different people we were in contact with what’s going on, but nobody knew anything. I ran down to where my truck was parked in front of the new camper about three times to see what was going on. I saw them take off with my old camper to find out they never took my Weight distribution hitch brackets off of it as they told me they would take care of all of this. Five hours later, I am finally we are out of there and I was glad to be out. I get home and start cleaning the camper to find one of the propane tanks was totally empty and the other one was half full. There was still water in the fresh water tank and the septic was 3/4 full. I called and complained and about four days later I get a call back. I want my $3000 down payment back because of the Inconvenience. I told them tell you what just give me 500 bucks and we’re done. They go to the higher-ups and they come back and said it doesn’t cost $500 to fill a tank and empty the septic. I said you’re not paying for that you’re paying me for my inconvenience. After this, we settled on 100 bucks because I knew they weren’t gonna do anything. I asked some of the people there if it was busy and they said no it’s a slow day. They pretty much told me without being unprofessional that nobody knows what’s going on and there’s too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. They have a brand new facility totally remodeled And very unprofessional and the reason why is because the owners are nowhere around just living off the money they make and have no care of how people are treated. It’s sad that this world has come to Just being all about money and selfishness. My first camper I bought from a family owned place and it took us 2 to 3 hours from start to finish and they showed us everything we needed to know about the camper. Where I bought my first camper, I would’ve went there, but they didn’t have what I was looking for, but for future reference, I will be patient and wait because these bigger companies don’t care about you. There’s more to the story, but I will end there. Hopefully, nobody has to deal with this As I did. Sorry for the long drawing out book here, but I had to get the truth out. Actions speak louder than words, and these people will do nothing for you.

Yes, we did buy a used motorhome from General Rv and Elizabethtown. They are the ones that pointed out that our toilet needed to be replaced. We had two toilets in our motorhome. They replaced the wrong Toilet which we did not have trouble with which made more trouble and now the pedal hits the floor and it leaks and they say that’s the way they’re made Not the leaking but the pedal then they replaced the back one with such a short one that we’re just about sitting on the floor and refused to put in the right size that it came within the first place I cannot sit on a 14 “ toilet after you have a 18 inch toilet They totally refused to help us after they’re the ones that suggested doing in the first place and now they messed everything up we are very unhappy with them and would never go back to buy another RV from them, shame on them We are senior citizens and we’ve been around the block several times with different RVs never had to deal with people like them before
