  My husband and I would like to let Missy Hoffman’s management know she was extremely helpful in dealing with our camper. However, we have had our 2024 Vita Winnabago at the Elizabeth General RV since December 11. We came to pick it up Jan 30, 2026. My husband drove our camper approximately 20 minutes and the camper slide out was moving in out. This was supposed to be fixed. This is the third time this has been worked on. We have had this brand new camper since March 2024. It has been at this RV Center for different problems for over 6 months. I find this very unacceptable. The ad with this dealer advertises they are a family and want to treat their customers as family. I don’t feel we have had very good service at this dealership. Ray & Judy Chronister

  Our RV was out of service for almost a year due to the head unit and incorrect wiring for the stereo and cameras. This has caused us to lose the whole 2025 camping season. Missy always seemed to have our best interests as she tried to get us our RV back.

  VERY FRENDLY STAFF. BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY WITH LOTS OF BEAUTIFUL CAMPERS OF ALL KINDS. GREAT DEALS,EVERYTHING'S FARILY PRICED. GOT AN GREAT DEAL ON MY FIFTHWHEEL, AN SOME OTHER THINGS I NEEDED FOR IT. I WILL ALWAYS SHOP WITH THEM THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY, DEPENDABLE, RESPONSIBLE. I REALLY ENJOYED WORKING WITH THEM, THEY MADE ME AN MY FAMILY FEEL SPECIAL. I ALSO LEARNT ALOT TOO FROM THEM TOO. THANK YOU GENERAL RV💯😊

  This place is a racket! We bought our RV here to our dismay. They gave it to us with a ton of issues on a brand new RV they were supposed to fix them all but their service department was nothing but inept! Still have issues that were never fixed under warranty since it expired due to their own inaction to let it lapse while not getting it fixed… Today I had made an appointment to look at the bleeding valve that was not functioning properly the charger me for the diagnostic and send me away with zero fix just a bill stating they can’t fix it it’s not something they do… why did you take the appointment and charge me knowing you don’t do this work. RACKET MONEY DUMP I will never buy from here again. Oh and yes I do have the extended warranty that does everything in their power to not process any claim whatsoever waste of even more money!!! Buyer BEWARE (waited a while to do this since I was hoping they would fix everything but here we are)
