  I knew what I wanted and the service was fast. Noelani rode along with me on my test drive and was friendly. Vincent sold me the car and was fun to talk to while we waited. Bella took care of the paperwork and got us through it quickly. I'm glad they could fit us in on a busy weekend and I would come back in the future.

  This place is heinous and unethical. My girlfriend (a single mother) bought a 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer from here and it would not start the day after it got home. I told her to email them saying they need to take it back within 24 hours but she called instead and they told her they can't (Lied) so add dishonest to the list. The car is incapable of passing inspection a year after getting it and has costed more money in repair than the cost of the vehicle (still doesn't work either). Also totally shafted her on the financing. No one is willing to help, even offered to trade it in and buy up from another Koch 33 but no dice. Place totally took advantage of a single mother and seems to be fine with it. Stay away.

  What an amazing experience! I haven't been to a car dealership in many years. I couldn't have been more satisfied with my purchase and was so impressed by the professionalism! Jonathan in sales went above and beyond in assisting me and making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Mike from finance ensured that I thoroughly understood all the aspects of the purchase and was able to secure a loan that was perfect for my budget. A+ on the entire experience. I have always heard such great things about Koch, and I was glad I was able to experience it firsthand!

  I gave 1 star, because there is no zero! I recently contacted this dealership from New Jersey after receiving a strong offer from a Mazda dealership in NJ . Since my cousins had previously purchased cars from here, they strongly insisted that I get a quote from them first. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I called to discuss pricing, the person who identified himself as a Sales Manager spoke in a very unprofessional and condescending manner, even implying that I was not telling the truth about the offer I had received. The tone was disrespectful and completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect basic professionalism and respect—neither of which was present in this interaction. I ended up purchasing my vehicle the same day from a New Jersey dealership. I will not consider this dealership again and will be sharing this experience with Mazda. This kind of behavior does not reflect the standards expected from a brand like Mazda Motor Corporation.

  I am 72 years and decided to step out of my box of buying Chryslers, and I am so glad that I did. Four days ago I decided to “take the plunge “ and look at hybrid cars. I chose to look at a Mazda CX-50, a Toyota Rav 4, and a Nissan Rogue. My experience at Koch Mazda was incredible. I appreciated that our Product Specialist, Nick Cassidy, was polite, professional , knowledgeable, answered all questions asked of him; and mostly, he was not pushy. Nick took his time and didn’t rush my husband and I. I test drove the Mazda CX-50 Premium Plus, and loved everything about the car. Two days (one working day) later, I went in intending to put a deposit on the car and 4 hours later, I drove away in that car. All paperwork was signed, registration and insurance was complete, and I am one happy girl! I would also like to add that my husband has owned 2 Mazda CX-5s. I HIGHLY recommend Koch Volkswagen Mazda in Easton. They made the process so easy and stress free. Thank you , Nick Cassidy, for all your help! You are awesome!
