Koch 33 Ford, does not care about client Safety!!!
I took a used SUV that I was interested in for a test drive with salesmen Greg in the passenger seat, it had new inspection stickers on it. Made a right-hand turn heard knocking that got faster as I slowed down, then eventually stopped (Greg acknowledged that her heard it also) I also mentioned that the SUV struggles to stop like the brakes need work (Greg did not acknowledge that statement). But as I stated above the SUV had brand new inspections stickers on it, weeks old inspection stickers, How bad could it be if it was inspected? I get a good price with negotiating for a short time and bought the Toyota RAV4. Fastest purchase I ever made at a dealership.
I took the SUV to a local garage the next week to get it looked over, I want a background on the car and a list of things I will want to start fixing or maintaining since it is an older 2007 with 166K on it (bought it as a secondary, beater car) so there will be old parts and neglected things that were put off, we all do it! Want to get ahead of things to get the old vehicle to last. Expecting it to be a safe and solid car, only to find that I have been driving an SUV for a little over a week that should NOT have PASSES Inspection. Brake Pads were curated and warn, Rotors/Linkages are warn/curated and have bad compression (makes sense why the SUV, STRUGGLES TO STOP!). BOTH REAR SWAY BARS are BUSTED (makes sense why the SUV, WAS KNOCKING ON TURNS) and the 2 lesser things that no garage will let a vehicle pass, was the cabin filter needed replacing and 5 safety and hazard lights on the SUV were out, loose or non functional (Filter and Lights I had fixed on the spot since that was expected).
I called to see what Koch 33 Ford could do since I drove a vehicle off the lot that is not road worthy and they really did not seem to have a sense of urgency. I feel that they do not care that they sold me a vehicle that I could have gotten hurt or done harm to others (or worse), even though they inspected the SUV a few weeks before I bought it. Since they were not showing signs of getting back to me, I brought the SUV in and talked to one of the sales managers, Jim (since Greg was with another customer) It seemed like Jim already had my car info pulled up, looking into things which was insuring. I told Jim that it is not a safe car that I i'll just give Koch the keys, I would like to know how they intended to fix it and a schedule. Only to get resistance saying, "that the rotors and brakes passed inspection when they had it". A day went by with no call or contact in any way, so I stopped in again on my way home from work (1 and a half days) after bringing the car back to Koch. I am told they are fixing it. But I had to fight to get them to do the right thing. I do not really trust them much right now so I may have it checked again.
Koch 33 Ford, is a beautiful, seemingly organized and clean place. Everyone is friendly and approachable. But I am glad I did not wait to have the vehicle looked over, I feel that if months went by I would have either had a crash or brought it in because something was not working right, and been stuck with a heavy repair bill, they would have said it is on you to fix this is typical maintenance, ware and tare on a vehicle of that age, even though if I was paying for an inspection they would not have passed it. Koch 33, does the bare minimum to scrape by with inspections (thinking about reporting them to the state) and will sell you a vehicle that is not fit to be on the road! Everyone knows that if you were getting the car regularly inspected at the establishment they would not pass it and charge you for every little thing like wiper blades, that I was getting grief about big time safety issues with an inspected car! I have photos of my local garages inspection report attached if interested, sorry for the book. I do not want others to be ripped off by this dealer!
Thank You

I had an excellent experience at Koch 33 Ford. From the very beginning, the staff were attentive, courteous, and highly professional. They guided me through the entire process with patience and ensured that every detail was clearly explained.
The service was both efficient and seamless, and it is evident that they truly care about their customers. They made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision.
I would like to extend a special thank you to Michael Walsh and Michael Karoly for their outstanding assistance. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for exceptional service and a smooth, professional experience.

If you’re someone that dreads going to a car dealership, Koch 33 is absolutely the place for you! I didn’t even want a new vehicle but my old one was going to crap out sooner than later and I was deep into a loan for more than my car was even worth. My husband insisted that we go here because he also needed a new vehicle and wanted a truck. Much to my demise, they had no sedans and I’ve never driven anything else. I was apprehensive about looking at any sort of SUV but Michael, our salesman, showed me a Ford Bronco Sport and was extremely patient with me while I decided if I could see myself in it or any SUV. He was very personable and didn’t even laugh at me when I drove no faster than 15mph on the test drive. I ended up falling in love with the Bronco and off we went to paperwork! Zach behind the counter took the reins and worked tirelessly to get us the deal we wanted for both my vehicle and my husband’s pick, the Ford Maverick XLT. Also, if you’re someone that gets hangry while waiting around, the vending machine has some of the best choices I’ve seen anywhere! A big thank you to Michael and Zach for getting us both into amazing vehicles at an amazing price!

Great experience all around! Michael was very knowledgeable about the vehicles my wife and I were interested in and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Zach, the sales manager, worked tirelessly to get my wife and I both approved at a price that worked for us. We left with vehicles we both love and couldn’t be happier!

I placed a blind call to Koch Ford, Easton PA., regarding a Mustang they had listed on their website. I left my info, never expecting a return call, as I am out of state and most dealers do not want to sell long distance. Much to my surprise and with great sincerity, Brad W. returned my call, took the time to go over details of the car, took the time and with excellent videography, sent me numerous videos of all vehicle workings. Interior, exterior, underside, roof, engine bay, trunk, working functions, and more, were highly detailed, not rushed or hurried, and were voiced over with clarity and specifics. I explained that I would not be able to fly into PA to see the vehicle in person and I hoped he would be my "eyes" for purchase. He was, is, and much more. He is a huge credit to Koch Ford. I do not believe anyone could have been more dedicated to helping me put the purchase together. Once the "numbers" were being discussed, Brad introduced me to George M., Sales Manager, who worked with me to wrap up the deal. A simple 10 minute conversation resulted in my purchase with no BS! I have made numerous "long distance" vehicle purchases (Texas, Florida, California, Maryland, S Carolina) and this transaction was surely the most headache free that I have experienced. I await the final transport, but I must credit everyone involved at KOCH FORD... Thank you for keeping it simple!
