  I came from out of town and had an issue with my tire and the team here was excellent. They were efficient and got me back on the road quickly. Definitely would recommend to others

  I had my Range Rover in to my regular mechanic recently and was told that I needed 4 new tires, and they quoted me $1800. I called a few local places for quotes and then came across the new Mavis shop on 25th Street in Easton. Instead of calling, I drove over and was greeted by Myles at the front desk. He looked up my truck and the current tires, gave me 3 quotes on a variety of tires, explained the differences and told me it would be approximately a 1-hour project. $1100 later and not even 1 hour in their waiting area, I was able to drive off with 4 new tires! This is definitely the BEST experience that I have had just by walking into a shop and getting immediate service. The shop is clean, the waiting area is comfortable and the staff is wonderful. Thank you Myles and your Mavis team!

  The shop was excellent and speedy with my car issue. The front desk agent Chris was EXTREMELY nice and helpful! The guy i spoke to on the phone was also EXTREMELY helpful with finding exactly what I needed! Great shop!

  Great shop, brand new but all the guys in there were seasoned techs from other Mavis locations. Went for an oil change but they checked tires, alignment/suspension, brakes, and fluids at no extra cost. Chris at the front desk was really helpful and walked me through the cost of doing anything else so I could decide what worked for me. As a woman who is always trying to be more educated about car maintenance I felt very welcomed. All the techs were very knowledgeable and welcoming. Even showed me what was going on with another car they had because they saw I was interested to know. The techs talked me through in detail of some of the other issues I was having with suggestions and quotes. Definitely didn’t push upselling anything too hard and were transparent with costs. Even chatted about cars as I waited. Overall a low stress and pleasant experience, which doesn’t always happen at shops! Will definitely be returning to do my tires next month. Thanks again guys! Appreciate all your assistance. 💚💗

  Zack and Angel helped me fixed a last-minute tire puncture today. I had suspected a slow leak and brought it here. I was literally in and out in 30 mins, which was amazing! They fit me in an hour before they closed (I had to rush over late after work) despite the techs being busy. Absolutely phenomenal customer service! I will be back!! Thank you so much again!!
