On the phone they insisted the tires needed to be changed and they would cover the cost (they did) but wouldn’t elaborate when I asked how bad the tires were. Found out when reviewing the post maintenance paperwork.

Although I didn’t end up purchasing a car - only because I was looking for a very specific model, trim, and color that wouldn’t arrive until later - Dylan provided truly exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. He was patient, responsive, and went out of his way to explore every possible option to make the deal work. The only reason I didn’t buy from Koch was purely a timing issue, completely outside of their control. I would absolutely recommend Dylan to any family member or friend, and his professionalism and service definitely left a lasting impression!!
