  The team at Koch Toyota represent what a 5 star experience feels like. Megan (our sales consultant) is phenomenal. Any dealership, regardless of the brand, that wishes to to understand what a car buying experience SHOULD be needs to visit this dealership.

  I came in simply wanting to test drive a car first, but the salesperson insisted on evaluating my potential trade-in and then the drive. After the test drive, I was given a trade-in value that was SHOCKINGLY LOW, far below market value. When I pointed this out, the salesperson just said, “It’s a tough pill to swallow,” and tried showed me listings for similar cars. Unfortunately for him, all of those were priced 95–120% higher than their offer. That felt disrespectful and dishonest. I came in interested in a car, but I left knowing I wouldn’t ever do business here.

  Koch 33 Toyota likes to preach about their reputation, but ultimately they are incompetent and only sometimes fix their incompetent actions (or lack thereof). Ex: I bought a car from them recently and discovered before buying the car that one of the tire valve stems was leaking. Koch said "no problem, we'll fix it" and fixed it. Two days later, I bought the car, only to find on my drive home that another one of the valve stems was leaking badly. How did they fix a known valve stem issue and not check the other valves? Its simple... incompetence. (to be fair, they did cover the cost it took me to repair the valve) Another example: The car I bought was missing a spare key. I knew this upon buying the car, so had it in writing that Koch had to get me a spare key. The saleswoman I bought from told me I could go to a local [brand of car] dealer to get the key reprogrammed. I live 90 mins away from the dealer, so this mattered to me. Koch avoided any action relating to getting my spare key for over a month despite numerous calls to the dealership and text messages to my sales person. And then, they told me that my saleswoman lied and that I would have to do 3 hours of driving to get my key reprogrammed. Koch 33 Toyota preaches about their good reputation, but in my experience has not been found to evenly remotely meet their self-aclaimed reputation. They are utterly incompetent.
