I just bought a car from Koch 33 Toyota, and wow, what a GREAT experience it was! They truly make the process easy and seamless. From sales to finance to insurance, they make buying a car easy and enjoyable-a process most people dread more than going to the dentist. Plus, you get the BEST cars in the world, Toyotas!
First of all, there was my salesperson, Megan Pritchard. She was a JOY to deal with! She's thoughtful, attentive, responsive, passionate, professional, and knows her business. I can't say enough good things about her. When you research Koch 33 Toyota, you'll see her name pop up, and for good reason. People will always have good things to say about her. If the ownership and management of Koch 33 Toyota have any sense, they'll keep her happy and keep her around for a long time.
She's thoughtful in that she'll send you VIDEOS about the car you're considering! In her video vignettes, she'll highlight some of the car's characteristics and features. Her product knowledge and passion are evident in the videos she sends to clients. After seeing her intro video, both her passion and product knowledge were evident; they came shining through. My reaction was, "I want to BUY a car from her!" And I did. Last night, I took delivery of my 2026 Toyota Corolla Hatchback.
Her product knowledge goes far beyond what you can find on Google or the web though. For example, I had a question about the type of traction batteries the Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid has. I didn't ultimately buy it, but I considered it. My question was: does it have NiMH or Li-Ion batteries? I Googled it at first, and their AI said that, depending on the market and production run, it could have either type. Megan knew that it had Li-Ion traction batteries.
There was Blake, who does finance, I think. He's the guy you hand your money to. He's knowledgeable and professional too. He'll also offer protection and maintenance plans. I ultimately bought one, since they essentially prepay your regular maintenance at the dealer. He set me up with a plan that made sense for me. Like his colleague, Megan, he knows his business.
Before I go on, let me say this: Koch 33 Toyota also helps with insurance. I was like, are you KIDDING me? In the past, when I bought a car, I had to make sure I contacted my insurance agent first, so I could ensure that insurance coverage transitioned from my old vehicle to my new one. It was a necessary hassle that was just part of the car buying process. Koch takes that hassle away.
My insurance person was Runeen. Did I get her name right? Anyway, she's very polite, professional and knowledgeable too. She got me quotes that give me equal coverage FOR LESS!
As for the service department, I can't comment. After all, I just took delivery of my new car last night. HOWEVER! However, based on the buying process thus far at Koch 33 Toyota, I expect them to be excellent too. The excellence I've experienced thus far comes from the top; ownership and management set the tone in any organization. Therefore, I expect their service department to be excellent too.
In closing, Koch 33 Toyota makes a difficult process, buying a car, easy. From sales to finance to insurance, they make it easy, and dare I say, enjoyable? Plus, they're LOCAL to me! I'm blessed that I only live 12-15 minutes away from them. For many, visiting a car dealer is worse than going to the dentist. Ask me how I know!
