  We purchased our truck here and our experience with Joseph Valdez was amazing! He made the process feel easy and comfortable, attentive, and overall great to work with! The whole dealership was awesome and welcoming, one of the other salesmen even tracked down some stickers for my kids to put on their windows when he heard they were sad they couldn’t take the stickers off the window of our old truck. Highly recommend coming here to make a purchase and highly recommend asking for Joseph! Will definitely be back to buy our next vehicle from him!

  So I did my recall for my vehicle 3 months ago. Before my recall everything was running fine. After work was done when I picked up my vehicle next day the battery light was on. Had to wait for them to fix it and I run late for my appointment. No customer service of having to assure me sorry for the long wait. 3 months later I call to schedule service & after work was done I picked my vehicle the next day & went to work. Then I noticed next day something specific that I requested wasn't done & it was very important to me. I went back 3rd time & no customer service of the time spent for me to come back out of my busy schedule. If I did that at my job I would be suspended for 1 year & also get written up & loose my pay rate & possibly not even get my position back. [My paycheck pays for the vehicle that we have business contract both signed] This is unacceptable! We have a contract I pay everything on time automatic & they failed to keep their end of service. Hope going forward this doesn't happen again. Have someone recheck work done & possibly check again before telling me its done. Me coming there 3 times in 1 week & still wait again is not something to be taken lightly.

  First time buying a new vehicle, but have had a few bad experiences buying used from dealerships in the past. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant truck purchase I've ever made. I worked with Patrick who made sure to answer everything I was curious about and showed me a lot of other things with the f150 that I didnt even know existed. I would definitely recommend Patrick and Koch33 in general to anyone looking to buy a new or used car

  I’ve been buying cars for years and know how scummy and stupid the buying process can be when negotiating with dealerships. All of the bs hidden fees to the sketchy behavior have all been things I’ve seen throughout the years. But not at this place. If you need a salesman on the floor that will hustle for you and that will go above and beyond, then Joseph Valdez is your guy. One of the best car salesman I’ve ever met through the entire car buying process. Extremely respectful and polite while being one hell of a salesman in getting you the best deal possible. From having all the paperwork ready to the car being detailed and shined after our 3 hour drive there , the entire buying process took less than a hour. Extremely knowledgeable while being very hospitable and friendly. If you need a car, look for Joseph Valdez as your next car salesman. Honest as can be with no sketchy hidden fees, while always looking out for you as the customer!

  got a great deal on bronco sport outer banks, koch price matched me so i didn’t have to drive all the way up to hazleton and were super nice. mike walsh is awesome “low pressure sales” are the key, not pushy at all and worked with me as best he could and we came to a deal. i have been healed from my last traumatic leasing experience :’) answered all my questions and my dad‘s questions over the phone with a lot of patience and explained everything really well. 10/10 would go back again!!
