  Picked up my F150 from Koch on Saturday. I drove from Long Island to PA for this truck. I dealt with Greg Lopez over the phone and he made the whole process seamless from the calls to pickup was a breeze. I’m very happy with my new truck and the ease of doing business with an out of state dealer. This was a first time car buying out of state and I cannot thank the Koch team enough for making it so easy!

  We had an awesome experience with Koch Mazda. Our salesman Jonathan was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. All who we dealt with when purchasing our new car were so nice. Highly recommend this dealership!

  Top shelf from start to finish. This is the 5th car our family has purchased at Koch! My sales rep “maverick” was most helpful in getting me to where I was comfortable in payments. Car goes without saying was beautiful. Used 2020 ford fusion hybrid. Finance manager explained all the details of the purchase. Thanks for a wonderful experience

  Had the pleasure of working Mike Walsh and had an awesome experience. He helped get the deal I wanted for a great car. I’m in love with the Mach E I got and was in and out of the shop same day. Mike really made the experience for me and was helpful in answering all my questions.

  If it was possible to give them no stars I would. They are sketchy. I got my car towed in to their dealership as my car was in limp mode, I picked it up and my driver side headlight was out, mind you it’s a 2023, the headlight should not be out yet. I called back once I found out the light was out and I couldn’t go back that day due personal reasons and it was a Saturday. I tried calling back to schedule and they did not answer various times. Left messages with no return calls. I had to repeatedly call the service department back to back about 6 times to finally be connected directly to a service manager which already gave me clarification that my phone call was being ignored by my number. I was calling them because I brought my vehicle to a different dealership where they stated my headlight was just simply unplugged. That dealership also stated that they don’t just come unplugged unless removed. It wouldn’t come out from simple wear and tear. My headlight has never been touched since I got the vehicle. Another “Coincidence” this dealership replaced my water pump back in 2024 and the new dealership found mine is leaking again. Either they have faulty parts they put on peoples vehicles or they tamper with that you have. Service manager is not helpful at all. Do not go here, you’ll be EXTREMELY disappointed and probably have to re-fix your vehicle anyway.
