He help thru the entire process of oil change, registration and inspection, he was so friendly patient and professional. The entire staff I encounter was AWESOME. After a coolant flush, my jeep was running extremely hot. Took it back in, gave them the benefit of the doubt, and had them swap my rad. Pulling out of the shop the Jeep was throwing a code. One of the techs pulled the code, CLEARED the code, and did absolutely nothing to resolve it. Knowing a teenager drives this vehicle. The jeep overheated dangerously while my teenage daughter was in New York, check engine light on the entire time. Had to have the vehicle towed, pulled the code ourselves and discovered that these techs IGNORED the code which was electrical for the fan! Took it back in ONCE AGAIN to have them finish what they started/ignored, only to be yelled at by the manager, got to hear a diatribe about how "he's a man", I "don't have a right to be upset" and on and on. Out-yelling me was his version of making it right. The DISTRICT manager told me to get the work done elsewhere and THEN he will make it right! Absolutely awful to ignore a code that could cause a vehicle fire, ESPECIALLY when it's a teenager's vehicle!

I had my front breaks done, it took less than 2 hours..I probably spent more time just talking to these people because they were so cool! I’ll be returning for my back breaks because they literally did such a good job. The jiffy lube Allentown location is garbage! They totaled my last car! This location is refreshing and will definitely do what needs to be done. Will be returning. 5 stars.
