They flushed the radiator and discovered they needed to repair the thermostat so they had my Father come back in Saturday only to discover they didn’t have the correct gasket so they said it would be in Monday and to bring it back on Monday to finish the repair that is going to cost $705.00 which I understand however that’s a lot so I expect a certain level of professionalism and respect. I understand my Father dropped off and initiated the repair for me because I work 6 days a week with a 2 hour drive and it’s a 10 hour day once I arrive to work so it is not easy for me to take my car to this particular location which is about a 30-40 minute drive from me because the Allentown location said they couldn’t do the repairs. So today on my only day off I drive to Easton from Emmaus to drop the car off to have the repairs finished and the level of disrespect was unbelievable. I walk in and explain who I am and the reason why I’m dropping off the car only to be told the gasket won’t be in till Tuesday I said this is a huge inconvenience as I work tomorrow and it’s over an hour from where I live and also why wasn’t anyone called so I didn’t inconvenience my only day off to drive the car to Easton which is 30-40 minutes from me, Only to be giggled at like a bunch of children behind the counter and told respect? Why should we show you any respect your father dropped off the car. You have no idea who is paying for it. It’s my money the car I drive. I’m a customer this is appalling and disgraceful service. After being treated like this you expect me to want to pay you $705.00 of my hard earned money. I already called corporate and the case number is 00479068 if you think I’m playing around. I expect a response asap respectfully of course.
