My niece recently rented a car from Enterprise and was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient—check-in was quick, and they walked her through all the details clearly. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what she needed. Returning the car was just as smooth, and there were no surprise charges. She really appreciated the customer service and how easy everything was. She and I will definitely be renting from Enterprise again in the future. Highly recommend!
- MGMae GullSep 30, 20251.0Terrible experience with the manager, Tehya. She was rude and unprofessional from the very start. She discriminated against us before we even attempted to rent vehicle. Calling and threatening to give the vehicle to another customer since we were running late. She then refused to work with us after providing documentation. We have rented from the Easton location many times over the years and just less then one month ago. We never had one issue. Ms. Tehya decided to treat us unethically and ask for documentation that is not listed in their policies. Needless to say we will not rent from Enterprise again and have filed complaints with both corporate and the Better Business bureau. In the end we used Hertz and had no issues. Side note* the establishment was completely filthy. The door was dirty and the inside smelled like rotting garbage. Cigarette butts littered the parking lot. Maybe focus on cleaning the place and not pumping bass/music out of speaker with neon lights.....
