I got off at the next exit and found a mavis dealer. They took my car right in and found the problem. They could have charged me anything they wanted to seeing I was out of state. Instead they treated me great and didn’t charge me anything including the oil i needed. Thank you. It’s good to know that there are still some places willing to help a traveler.

They failed to balance her tires two times in a row, which later on resulted in both front rotors getting warped. The lady at the front desk was very lovely and provided nice service, but you’re rolling the dice on whether they mess up your car because they can’t balance tires. Went to another tire shop and didn’t have a single issue. They were astonished by how bad they balanced her tires.
