- DFDanielle FinnOct 21, 20251.0I will never ever come here or to any mavis tires again they cant even fix the right part or be honest check engine light was on they put it on the diagnostic machine assumed it was the spark plugs nope wrong light came on a week later brought it back didnt put it back on the machine assumed the throttle need to be cleaned out wrong again light came back on again couple days later went to autozone put it on the machine got it diagnosed took it somewhere else where they did their job looked through under my hood and found the real issue which was the engine valve cover and gasket mavis tells me im burning oil they couldnt even see that the place i got my last oil change didnt tighten the cap for my oil so thats why oil was going everywhere so all the money i spent which was over $600 could have waited cuz that money could have went to fixing what was really needed that cost way more then $600 i called coorporate to complain was told the regional manager will call me he never did they also broke a part on my moms bmw so lesson learned learned dont go to mavis we got a new place that actually cares about their customers Oh and mavis knew it wasnt the throttle cuz after my car was done i was told to call hyundia of america n tell them my light keeps coming on for the catalac converter which i never came up that so they will tell u to lie to get parts that dont need fix to get fix n have them pay for it
