Service Manager Marc carefully reviewed the technician’s notes with me and explained everything in detail. He confirmed that the front end and rear look good, the tires are in good condition, the brake system checks out, and there are no signs of leakage. He also noted that there is no record of a brake system flush and took the time to clearly explain why this service is important and urgent—because moisture can build up in the system, leading to corrosion, component damage, leaks, or even brake failure. I truly appreciated how thoroughly and patiently he explained this. On a previous visit, a technician also alerted me to a leaking driveshaft seal in the front. Thanks to that careful inspection, I went to 611 Transmission in East Stroudsburg and had it replaced. That ended up explaining the “bang” I used to feel when shifting into Drive.
