  Waited for over a half an hour to even be acknowledged or helped by anyone in the shop. When a mechanic (who I realized was Ken) finally acknowledged me. He seemed to be annoyed by the very presence of customers. Please save your self the trouble.

  I was referred to Ken’s Auto Repair by a coworker. Being that I was referred, I just knew he was a good mechanic but, I was totally mislead. Ken was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I kept calling him about updates on my vehicle he would respond as if he was annoyed and was extremely sarcastic. He also stated to me that my car was totaled and unrepairable which in fact I only needed a radiator. I would NOT recommend Ken the mechanic to anyone.

  This place is honest and professional. You may not get the diagnosis you were hoping for depending on your cars condition but u will get honesty and reasonable pricing for repairs. I trust this place and will keep going back for my auto needs.
