- LMLissa MooreSep 18, 20251.0I was referred to Ken’s Auto Repair by a coworker. Being that I was referred, I just knew he was a good mechanic but, I was totally mislead. Ken was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I kept calling him about updates on my vehicle he would respond as if he was annoyed and was extremely sarcastic. He also stated to me that my car was totaled and unrepairable which in fact I only needed a radiator. I would NOT recommend Ken the mechanic to anyone.
