I had gone to Kia for an issue JW couldn't handle. (A new starter) but kia found other things wrong. I then called JW and spoke to Mike to see what he could do, as their prices are better and I trust them. Kia said I needed new rear brakes. When I brought the car to JW, Mike told me my brakes were fine!! Saving me $1100!! They topped off fluids and didn't charge me a thing! Although I need to find a mechanic to handle bigger issues, I will always go to JW! They are knowledgeable and trustworthy!!

- SWSebastian WilkeDec 14, 20251.0Came made an appointment to have tires put on our Kia soul everything was set up so when the tires i ordered came in i showed up for my appointment time they refused to put the tires on telling me that unless i purchase the tires directly from them they will not put them on my car yet when i made the appointment i told them i was buying the tires from walmart because they were cheaper nd that anytime iv used shops around here to swap my tires either they dont seal around the rim correctly or i have an issue like i did with barely used tires where they stole my Mercedes rims and told me there policy is if i dont ask for them back they keep them so i needed a trustworthy place ended up being nothing but a waste of time its sad to cause i would have used them for all my vehicles
