- JFJ Flo1 day ago5.0Honest, quick, and efficient!!! Not realizing my last inspection gave me more time than a year, I never updated my calendar. So I scheduled to have an inspection. As the worker was taking it for a test drive, he alerted me to the fact that I still had 3 more months. Instead of proceeding with the inspection and giving me an unnecessary new sticker, the company didn’t give me any issues and only did the oil and tire rotation. I appreciate the honesty and friendliness of Jack Williams/Midas! We will continue to bring all of our cars to the shop. Thank you!!!

- ISIrish SolNov 17, 20251.0Needed brake fluid flush today as an emergency. Called for a tow and booked an appointment online. Called to let them know my car was going to be dropped off. The person that answered had such an attitude about brake flush saying they do not do that in this location. And then started complaining about how they are closing soon. All this without asking for information. The issue was a simple brake fluid flush. Clean out brake fluid and fill. What a disappointment. Don't even waste your time for emergency situations trying this location. They do not want to work.

After my CV axle started squealing last night I called at 8 AM this morning and had a complete fix before the end of the day.
