- AWAngela Williamson2 days ago5.0Here from Texas for a stay and work. Hit a deer early morning and Enterprise was ready to help us upon tow vehicle arriving. The crew at this location is friendly, kind, and more than helpful. A few days in to our rental we noticed one tire was low on pressure. We drove it to the location (shortly before close) to have them give it a lookover. They kindly obliged and filled it back up for us. Although we had the car for about a week while our truck repairs were going on, it was a smooth process. My husband and I are both service industry professionals and would like to acknowledge the level of customer service at this particular location. Keep up the good work, kind smiles, and helpful attitudes, that's what will make you stand out above the rest!

I was extremely hesitant to return to Enterprise after our last horrific experience in NJ a while back, however I have to say I was blown away with how easy and positive our experience was this time. Nate was truly amazing. Extremely responsive, helpful, concise, professional and friendly. Our check in process was seamless and took minutes as did our return process. No stress, no hassles, no BS. I am honestly still shocked and because of Nate they have definitely won me back. We will not hesitate to rent from this location again when the need arises. ( as long as Nate is there lol) Nate is a true asset.
