  When there for a headlight, the moment I stepped inside the vibes were amazing all smiles and amazing costumer service took no more then ten minutes but I have to say I would 100% come here again.

  Just wanted to let auto zone management know what a asset you have in the lady named Holly at your Marshalls Creek store. She is so helpful and knowledgeable of all the products. I can send my wife in and she will walk her through everything I need. My wife is not that knowledgeable of this but with Holly she always gets me what I need and loves Holly help. You need a Holly in all your stores. She been making our lives easier for years. Thank you Holly and auto zone

  Josh at AutoZone is the kind of employee every store wishes they had. My battery died at the worst possible moment and instead of just pointing me to an aisle, he immediately came out, tested the system, confirmed the battery was shot, and handled the replacement himself. He worked fast but never sloppy. Every step was clean, confident, and professional, like someone who actually understands cars instead of just selling parts. What stood out most was his efficiency. No wandering, no guessing, no delays. He had the right tools, the right battery, and the job done in minutes. He also took the time to explain what failed, how to avoid it in the future, and made sure everything was tight and reading correctly before closing the hood. That kind of attention saves people from breakdowns later. Big credit to Holly the manager as well. She keeps the place running smoothly. You can tell she supports her staff and expects real standards, not just quick transactions. The whole store feels organized and professional because of her leadership. Because of Josh’s skill, speed, and attitude, and Holly’s management, this AutoZone stands out from the rest. If you want service that’s actually helpful instead of rushed, this is the spot. Highly recommended.

  My windshield wipers broke from all the ice. I went today to get new ones but I had no idea how to put them on. The lady there helped me pick out the perfect pair for my budget & installed them! She even cleared the ice off! I was very impressed with this old school customer service!
