  I enjoyed my visit to Faulkner Volvo. The people there worked seamlessly together in spite of how busy they were. I never felt anything less than a valued client. Everyone had strong knowledge and command of important product details that helped inspire confidence. I enjoyed my visit and it’s not always easy to say that about an automotive dealer, so if you are in the market and you would consider a Volvo, I would highly recommend this team of professionals.

  I arrived about 20 min early for appt and was signed in. I spoke to one of the salesmen about my car and then went to waiting room. About an hour and 15 min later, I was notified my car was ready. ( I had the 10,000 mile oil change and the computer update). I was signed out and left. Everyone was very cordial and helpful. I give the experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I recently purchased a Volvo XC60 from Faulkner Volvo, and the customer service was truly amazing. Buying a new car is never usually a fun or easy process, but Tony made it fast, smooth, and completely painless. I also ran into some issues with my trade involving the bank and title, and they absolutely did not have to help, but they went above and beyond to help me sort everything out. Thank you to the finance team! I really appreciate the extra effort and care. Highly recommend Faulkner Volvo and especially Tony for anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience.

  Regarding thr service department - Dropped my volvo off for service on a Saturday fully charged minus the battery drain driving to the dealership to my house. Was supposed to get my car back Monday or Tuesday max. Didn't get it back until Friday. When we picked it up, the car was at 34%...but they expect you to return the loaner fully gased up. Like can you at least charge my car up when you give it back to me so I can do the things I need to get done in it? I need 10%-15% just to get home...kinda crazy for a car I pay $1500 a month for.
