  Rented a truck from Enterprise Truck Rental in Lancaster and somehow ended up smiling every time I hit the gas pedal which is not something I usually expect from a rental. The Ram Longhorn with the Cummins turbo diesel was an absolute joy to drive. That Cummins power plant just pulls… smooth, torquey, and makes you feel like you could tow a small planet if needed. Now listen, was it my GMC Denali Ultimate? No. Did I miss my heated/cooled massaging seats and luxury buttons? Sure. But this Ram stepped up like a champ. It wasn’t my truck, but I made the most of it and it got the job DONE all week without a single complaint. Solid work truck, comfortable, powerful, and honestly kind of hard to give back. On top of that, the staff was friendly, easy to work with, and zero hassle. No nonsense, just good service and good equipment. If you need a real-deal work truck and want something that actually feels good behind the wheel, Enterprise Truck Rental in Lancaster is the move. Just don’t be surprised if you start shopping for a Cummins afterward.

  My reservation was canceled the night before my move by the company because they didn't have the truck available. I was able to make the reservation for an UNAVAILABLE TRUCK through their website and the location called me later in the day and said.. sorry, NO. Utterly useless.

  I had a great experience renting a truck from Enterprise Truck Rental in Lancaster. Adam was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and went out of his way to make sure I got the truck that I needed.
