- SGshawn good4 days ago1.0Don't! They screwed us with a "certified" truck. Sold it to us 10k above market to start, and week one it needed a transmission. Fast forward(2months) and now the heat has failed (with our 6 month old in November), transmission is shaking and needs work/replaced again, and check engine is throwing codes for other issues. Think they'd take it back?! Said they cant do a thing to remedy, BESIDES, trying to trade in in on another truck, and we just loose out on our deposit. Oh, did I mention take my 13k paid in already and throw it in the trash, and take me for the same exact model truck for a new price tag 4k over the balance of my current. Both with matching mileage?! Yep makes sense... Thats 16k we get screwed, to fix selling us a lemon. Less than 2 months, and this truck is a nightmare. Absolutely no cares given. The most concern anyone showed was the staff whispering about returning the commission. Just sickening. Our entire savings was used (12 thousand) for a new car for our newborn. Now we have to run heaters inside to keep our children warm. 2024 with 30k miles. Should have been a safe bet, but not with enterprise. Take your money to a REAL dealership. Or wait. Wish we did, so do our kids....

They definitely work with you & don’t try to push you into something that doesn’t fit your price/lifestyle. I got lucky enough to be in communication with McKenna and OMG guys I can’t recommend her enough! She worked within my means, she was patient with me when I didn’t fully understand or remember the process (it’s been 7+ years since I bought a car) and she had me cracking up the whole time! She’s a very friendly & hard working woman. The manager Ty was also amazing, kind and very easy to talk to. Enterprise in general is always my top pick when renting so I’m glad the buying process was easy for me. Just made me love the company more.
