  Mark from Enterprise car sales was great help, I didn’t feel ripped off or rushed to make a purchase. He went above and beyond to get me into a nice affordable car regardless of my credit situation. I recommend Enterprise car sales for anyone looking to purchase a car.

  Anna really went out of her way to find me a new work van for our growing company. She was not only able to find a van in our price range within a short amount of time, she made sure everything was prepared before I got to Enterprise so we could keep this show on the road.

  We had a very pleasant experience working with Noeiris! She was very helpful and patient as we tested out a few cars. Everyone was very kind and attentive and the process was very smooth. Tyrell the manager was amazing as well. We love our car and will definitely consider coming back for a 2nd in the future.

  Hey, if you want to ruin the rest of the life you have left, they will come and get you faster than an Uber in order to lock you down in something because it’s not illegal after all. Hands down near stories like this are just the tip of the iceberg. These things don’t go away. They are systemic in these organizations. Can’t wait till car shopping consist of dealing with AI or something on our own terms instead of shady dealer practices. For the buyer, if you don’t have family members who are capable of helping you escape a predatory deal, your best hope will be leaving the debt to those who survive you because chances are you will not ever be able to. This is a warning to others that regardless how nice some reviews are, you should at least do research into these accusations before you decide to buy your vehicle vehicles from enterprise. Q the robotic auto response from the dealer that will pop up in response to my post. It will be so robotic that it will refer to asking for things that a human being wouldn’t ask for after my particular post.

  I needed a car quickly after mine was totaled in an accident. I was renting from Enterprise and they informed me that they sold cars also so I went to Lancaster, the nearest location. The sales staff were welcoming and attentive to my needs, and both the car and the dealership got good reviews so I opted to purchase a 2024 Sonata. That's when things changed. First I had to wait to pick up the car because the check sent to them by my bank sat on another manager's desk for most of a day unopened. Then when I was getting the car the manager, Stefan, was showing it to me and explaining features. He told me the car had remote start capability with the fob, but said that the writing on the fob button must have worn off. I had to actually ASK for them to fill the tank - which is usually pretty common with a new car sale - because he said the guy who detailed it for me didn't do the whole job. A week later - the 3rd week in November - I called for help with a few things. First and foremost, the "remote start" button on the fob was not a button at all. It does not press in and does not do ANYTHING to start the car - it's just a little plastic shield where the button would go. This means I got the WRONG fob. I also cannot lock the doors with the buttons on the doors when I exit the car - I HAVE to use the fob because the door buttons don't work. Finally, there is a plastic screen that fits below the front bumper that keeps coming out or even falling off. I was told I may be able to get help the next week. The next week that manager - I don't remember his name - called and said that it was taking more time. I waited for another call but it never came. So a week before Christmas, I phoned again and spoke to Stefan. He hadn't heard about the problem but promised to work on it and let me know when they could schedule me to pick up the correct fob and get the other two matters taken care of. It is now Jan. 28th and no one at Enterprise has bothered to reach out to me at all. I do not expect to get ANY service from Enterprise now that they have the sale finalized, and neither should YOU. I expect that if I want the correct fob I will have to pay for it myself, and I hope that the other problems are covered by the warranty so that I can get them fixed elsewhere. The bottom line is that Enterprise has good cars and very helpful people UNTIL you make the purchase. Once the check clears, however, you are on your own and not entitled to anyone's attention. I cannot recommend them for this reason.
