I first called their main customer service center that scheduled me an appointment to this location, which had a relatively open schedule. They were pretty helpful and got me booked right away. When I arrived and did the check-in, the mechanics, Dave and Maj, looked at my tires and addressed the leaking tire. They also drove it around the block afterwards to test the integrity of the tire pressure. They were quick about addressing the issue, and didn't actually charge me for it since it was an easy and quick fix, which was much appreciated. If i had to buy tires to replace unfixable tires, the prices were actually quite reasonable, and even lower than where I'd normally buy it (i.e. Costco). The people there were very kind and knew what they were doing with tire fixes, and I definitely look forward to coming back in the future.
