A gentleman then came up and asked her a number of questions while trying to make a purchase and she had absolutely zero interest in helping him. She read the back of a can just like he had. He was looking for her for guidance she offered none. So I walked over that way because I had been ignored and I said is this where I pick up no you have to wait for me. So when I finally get to give her the order and she asked me for ID I did say to her you know you should’ve asked me if I needed help while you were standing way down there, she said I was like yes I was standing by the pick up, which is what I was here for. She was rude and obnoxious and had no knowledge of anything automotive so she really did not belong there. Very disappointed shame on you advanced auto parts.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
