- RRRus5 days ago1.0I was the only person waiting in line for the shower and stood there for almost an hour. During that entire time, the cleaning staff member was not cleaning — he was just standing around talking to his friends or relatives. As soon as three more people got in line behind me, he suddenly decided to start cleaning the showers. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers who had already been waiting for a long time. I am a truck driver and I need to get back on the road. My time is limited due to Hours of Service regulations, and waiting like this is simply not acceptable. When drivers are on a schedule, unnecessary delays directly affect our work and income. If the showers needed cleaning, it should have been done earlier instead of making customers wait unnecessarily.
