  This morning I walked in with no appointment asking for some help removing my old tags and putting my new tags on my vehicle. Nick immediately helped me and was very kind! Wonderful place, great employees! Give Nick a raise!

  I have been very disappointed in this monroe location. I scheduled an appointment online a week in advance for 10/23 at 7:30 am. Took vacation to get it completed. Arrive on time for what I thought was my appointment only to be told that our guy who does inspection always takes vacation on Thursdays so we can't do it. So rescheduled for 10/31 @ 7;30. Real slow. They didn't pull my vehicle in until 7:55, sat there for nearly 2 hours for something that should have taken 30 minutes. Previous visits have been similar with either people not being there, or slow service.

  One star is even being nice. The manager is amazing and very pleasant to deal with the mechanics on the other hand at least the one would never recommend. I watched him through the shop window kicking the side of my car (which I just got and care about a lot) and he slammed my door when he opened it right into the pillar and laughed. Monro was good to me otherwise but this review is for that mechanic that handled my car ( mid aged man) and who knows how the big scratch in my side skirt got there I have pictures of my car 2 days before hand that I took out and about and you can’t see the major gouge anywhere in it so leaves me to believe with how he kicked and handled my car that gouge was made there too when they took it to another lift and I couldn’t see what was going on through the little window you can see into the garage through anymore. If you care about your car I would not let that mechanic within 50 feet of your car also photos added so you can see the gouge and you can see in the thin dust layer on the side skirt where he kicked it with his boot in the one spot. Idc if it caused damage or not (which it did a little bit) you don’t kick someone’s car put it on the lift and look at it with a light and your hands or proper tools and not kick the side of my car with your probably steel toe boots. 0/10 for that mechanic that inspected my car. And no I’m not just made because my car didn’t pass it passed inspection for everyone wondering if I’m just mad because they didn’t pass my car they passed it and put a new inspection sticker on it I’m just upset with what I saw and the damages I seen done after getting my car back.

  Took 3 hrs to change 4 tires then they tell me they can't do a alignment bc there software only is to 2023 and I have a 2024 they also messed up 4 lug nuts that I had to walk over to o'reilly's to get because theirs would be more money it was $180 to change, balance, 4 tires. That's $80 more than everywhere. That I called. Won't be back did I mention they balance the tires wrong. Told them I would take the old tires they keep the old and charged me $16 for that.
