The only downside is that I could smell third hand cigarette smoke after service(due to someone exhaling in the car or having heavily odored clothing, not actually smoking in it). The sticker for my oil change was forgotten as well as one of the dash light notifications. Overall, content with my experience.

Once in the garage it took 1.5hrs to complete an inspection and oil change. I will find someone else next time. The price may look good before you start but wait till you get your bill and see all the extra "misc. service fees".

It took a while, but they were finally able to open the hood, install the battery and jury-rig a cable until I could get to the dealer, at no charge. I highly recommend Monro and will definitely utilize their services again.
