  Great experience. We were in and out very quickly. The staff showed us the features of the caravan. Never thought we would like it, but it was really comfortable.

  On 1/05/26 I had to rent a car that my insurance company was paying for because we hit a deer. I picked up the rental car and drove to work. After leaving work, I was sitting in the car,waiting for it to warm up. I noticed how disgustingly dirty the inside of this car was from front to back. There was muddy footprints on every door panel in the car front and back even on the top of the center console, you could see nasty fingerprints on everything on the dash everything the previous driver touched. Found a half empty water bottle in the back seat. Potato chip crumbs between the driver seat and the console. This car was never detailed or wiped down and disinfected from the previous driver. I called the Dubois location where I picked it up and told them about what I found. They told me I could come back and they would clean the car for me while I waited. I told them it’s gonna take more than 20 minutes to a half an hour to clean this car. The next day I took the car back and the manager suggested that they just give me another car that had been detailed. After I inspected it I was happy with the other car. On the second car I also found where the previous driver had spilled coffee between the front seat and console. I didn’t call or complain about the second car, I figured what’s the use, they are complacent with not detailing cars properly. My question is why are they renting out cars that are not being detailed inside and out.

  The DuBois office experience was awesome! From the driver that picked me up; to the office staff, everyone was polite and professional. I was in an accident caused by another person and their insurance was to pay for the damages and rental. When I found out that they were paying for an economy rental I asked the staff person what that was they said a vehicle the size of a Chevy Aveo! I told him because of my size that would not work and how could I get a bigger vehicle and they advised me to contact the insurance company and explain it to them which I did and the insurance company approved the bigger vehicle so thank you staff for working with me on how to take care of that situation.The DuBois staff made my 1st car rental experience one I will never forget. So YES I would recommend DuBois Enterprise to anyone in need of a rental. Thank you all so much!!
