Went to gets some parts for my vehicle the other day. The man behind the counter(Taylor)was rude and smelled of body odor very badly. He kept rolling his eyes and was very condescending. I feel it was because I'm a woman!! I won't be going back into this location until I know he is no longer there!! I usually get very good customer service but I am highly upset that someone like that would be working there. Not very happy at all and I will be telling my friends and family about the way I was treated.

The 2 guys working Wednesday night really helped me out. My family was driving all day and my serpentine belt lost tension when I got to dubois. These guys helped me get the right belt and I did it in the parking lot. Thank you!

The guy (kid) at the counter, a.k.a. "next best thing to a Manager" acted like he was more interested in being on his phone, or basically doing anything else, than helping me out. Didn't really care to give me the time of day and was pretty standoffish. However, the older gentleman who was working that evening was very kind, attentive and extremely helpful. I will avoid the younger one at all costs if I ever need to go back to this location.
