- TRTrevor RyanDec 23, 20255.0Left for an 8 hour trip to Michigan, and wound up at this AutoZone as my alternator went bad in my truck, Rolled the truck in the parking lot as it died. These guys gave me a new battery, worked through to diagnose the alternator for me, and had one in stock for me to get changed nearby, putting me back on the road for Christmas vacation. The crew working here is nothing short of amazing, and friendly as ever. Highly recommend these men working here get noticed for their hard work, and dedication. I highly recommend anyone needing any vehicle issues come see these guys here, if I could give this rating more than 5 stars, i’d give it 50. Thank you all again, if you see this.

"next best thing to a Manager" acted like he was more interested in being on his phone, or basically doing anything else, than helping me out. Didn't really care to give me the time of day and was pretty standoffish. However, the older gentleman who was working that evening was very kind, attentive and extremely helpful. I will avoid the younger one at all costs if I ever need to go back to this location.
