- AJAlex Jad2 days ago1.0Worst experience I’ve had at a Pilot at this location. On Saturday April 11th around 10:30 PM, after fueling diesel, I pulled forward as required and went inside where I purchased a shower, not for a full shower, but to use the restroom , which took just a few minutes less than 10 minutes While I was inside, an employee from the evening shift knocked very aggressively on the door and demanded that I leave immediately, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. After I came out, she scolded me and spoke about me loudly in front of other customers in a disrespectful and inappropriate manner, even though I had already paid for the shower and was not using it for free. She also threatened to call the police and have my truck towed, which made the situation even worse. I understand the need to keep things moving, but the way this was handled was disrespectful and could have been communicated in a much better manner. I hope management addresses this and improves how staff treat customers
- PHPetro Hunia6 days ago1.0The worst truck stop in all of America. There is barely any parking space, and I had to wait in line for a shower for 3 hours. I got kicked out of the queue three times and lost 3 shower credits because of it. When I went to ask what was going on, they told me the showers weren’t working because there was no staff available to clean them. If you value your time, never stop at this truck stop!
- AAAnthonyApr 6, 20261.0Long fuel lines that are constantly not functioning properly once you finally get to a pump. Two toilet stalls that are always full and long shower waits and not being cleaned right away when available. Paid for a shower to only wait so long that I had to leave and not use.
- VOvincent oroszApr 5, 20262.0Pilot app is trash. This location is decent but most times clogged up with trucks, should add more space or build a new bigger one nearby to handle the volume of trucks just trying to fuel let alone use other facilities provided.
