I called in advance to schedule an appointment (they appear to use an out of town call center, as the representative couldn't pronounce 'Limekiln Pike'). First problem was that the opening manager didn't even show up until a few minutes after the store's scheduled opening time. He gets the computer up and running and is ready for me. Our conversation revealed that the shop had work from the previous day that hadn't been finished (the bays were empty, so the cars must have been outside), and they were going to wrap those up before getting to me. How long? At least 30 minutes. No thanks. If Mavis accepts appointments, they should come close to honoring the appointment time.
