The sweet lady on the phone, told me how busy her shop was, but then looked around and found the next nearest shop and booked me on their schedule. An hour or so after that William called me to confirm my appointment. When I got there, William immediately greeted me and worked my vehicle into the rotation right away. He was so friendly, they stuck to the price they quoted me over the phone and had me back on the road in less than an hour. OH and they put my spare back under my truck. All and all, it was a great experience! Thank you Willliam and Mavis for being such a customer focused shop!

Greeted me with a handshake, knew that things were going rough for me, and assessed the problem QUICK. I was in and out within 9 minutes, and could not be happier these two got me out of a rut. They told me to see them regarding my brakes later on, and I definitely will take them up on that offer.
