    I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Kyle Hill. My daughter leased a Tucson in 2022 and ended up moving out of PA. Turns out CAL automotive (leasing company) does not do business in VA, and returning the lease was going to be a real hassle. We called Kyle, explained our dilemma and talked about solutions. Kyle helped us return the lease, and gave her a great deal on a new Hyundai. Kyle took all the pain out of this process, and provided us with a Ritz Carlton experience when we came to the dealership. I highly recommend Kyle if you are looking for a salesman with true integrity, respects your time, and treats you like family. Best experience ever.

    The service manager Conlin was excellent! We also met with the technician before dropping off the car and was very informative of the repair that needed to be done.

    Purchased a car here in 2024. It was a fine experience, but nothing special. I felt a bit rushed into the decision at the time, but that is usually how it goes. My biggest hang up when I had the car was the service department. I tried coming to this dealership for my service, but it never worked the way it should. I had an issue with my vehicle and it took 3 trips for them to not fix it. In the end, I opted to just live with the issue rather than deal with them again. I was in a car accident and the car was deemed a total loss. In addition to dealing with insurance, I knew I needed to contact the dealership for GAP info. One of the sales managers was very kind and helped produce the information. What I didn't know at the time was that I had a vehicle service contract that they didn't volunteer any information about and that needed to be cancelled/refunded for the GAP coverage to go through. It took a month a half for them to disclose that to me, only for them to ask if we had to cancel. I am sure this dealership has processed hundreds, if not thousands, of GAP claims and know better. I am still waiting on the final refund to get to my lien holder. I have since purchased a new car elsewhere and will not be returning or recommending this dealership to anyone. While the cars are fine, service is unbearable with Fred Beans. In addition, the GAP process has taught me that once they have the sale, they no longer care about customer retention.

    If I could give no stars, I would. I’ve continually had issues with this service department and how they treat customers. This last (and final) time was for an issue with software. When I initially brought my car there I was told it would be 5 hours so because of this I needed to reschedule due to needing to pick up my 1.5 year old at a certain time. I was told the service manager would download the software so it was ready for my next visit. I made the appt and in the notes stated what was wrong and why I was coming in. I dropped my car off the night before and the next morning received a call asking what needed to be done. I was incredibly frustrated because I noted what was wrong. I explained it to the man 3 times what/where they could find the information for the software and that when I came in the service manager was pre-downloading the software to make it quicker. He replied “oh he’s on vacation today”. We ended the conversation with him saying he would figure it out. He then called back an hour later asking the SAME questions. SO FRUSTRATING!! I received a call later on in the day that they tried to download it 4 times and nothing worked. This was on a Friday, I said I’m picking up my car because I need it for the weekend. I was told I would receive a call back on Monday and to NOT make an appt until I called back. Well guess what, it’s weeks later and I’m still waiting for a call. In the meantime I took my car to another Fred beans in Flemington and they figured it out. Ridiculous. I will never go to the Fred beans Doylestown Hyundai ever again. They do not care about their customers.

    Fred Beans Hyundai of Doylestown is very impressive. George Snyder, my salesman, could not have been any better. By far George was there for me for the whole time. George did not pressure me in any way and had an answer for the many questions I had for him. George knows Hyundai and his job inside and out. George is the perfect representative of Fred Beans. I recommend George Snyder to anyone who is in the market for a Hyundai. Over the years, I have bought many cars and always walked out with questions on whether or not I did well in the negotiations. When I walked out of Fred Bean’s Doylestown Hyundai, I was confident in my decision. When I was finalizing the paperwork with finance manager John Hamon, I felt the same way about John that I did with George. John did not pressure me and provided me with real information for my benefit. I highly recommend George and John and the whole team at Fred Beans Hyundai of Doylestown PA.
