  I recently sold my car here in Doylestown, PA. The entire experience was outstanding.   Had a great experience with Jordan. He explained the entire process, did a thorough assessment of my vehicle and we then received a fair price for it. We walked out with a check in hand. Jordan was friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. He also had a great sense of humor and made the process less stressful than I thought it would be. I would highly recommend using this service. I won’t trade a car in again! I’ll just take it to We Buy Any Car.

  We had a RAV4 and filled out the online questionnaire honestly. Year, Mileage, entered in details for body damage and mechanical issues. After you take the time to fill all that in it “computes” a value. $4800. We knew likely when we got there it may get adjusted. The guy at the place was very nice, explained things as he went, it wasn’t him we have an issue with, it’s the companies bait and switch process. They “evaluate” the car after your details to validate them. We went from $4800 to $2000 in no time for all items disclosed online prior to us driving there an hour. Then the bottom fell out. On the test drive, the guy hit the gas hard and the transmission threw a check engine light. He declared our car “unsafe to drive” - then - after they say you shouldn’t drive the car, what was the offer? $100!!!!!! That’s right, drive 56 minutes to this place to go from $4800 to $100. Best part? The guy before us also came in for a bigger offer and left with $100 from a fluid leak while the vehicle was being inspected. After going back and fourth they caved at $700 once we threw a fit. Bottom line? Deceptive tactics. Your online evaluation means NOTHING - don’t hinge 4 hrs of your day (yes it was a total of 4hrs) for the “Quoted” offer based on your honest answers. Plan to report to the BBB and the PA Consumer Protection Dept who oversees dealership licenses.
