When arriving, there was only one car in the bay, and no other cars in the two lanes leading up to the bays. I sat in my truck for a minute or two while a short young employee was on the computer. He looked at me briefly looked down and shook his head. Next thing I know, there is a blue car behind me to my passenger side rear .Within seconds of him appearing the young man with the mustache walks out and guides him around my vehicle. He started to work with the guy in the blue car as I continued to sit there for another five minutes, not even being acknowledged. I questioned the young man, all the employees started to say he’s next. I don’t know how that could be since he wasn’t even in the lot when I arrived unless they’re now taking appointments. I can clearly see why, they’re not interested in working on Fleet vehicles because they probably don’t make the money that they make overcharging other customers $70 for cabin/engine air filters that can be done within five minutes and cost $10. And charging over a hundred for a synthetic oil change using the cheapest filters, they can get their hands on instead of OEM quality. I used to frequent the one in Norristown. I was always greeted upon arrival. But not to be acknowledged and Ignored ,then to have someone else taken before me and then not being acknowledged again clearly tells me that they don’t need my business. Definitely would not recommend this shop.
