I have been visiting this shop for years and wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for the staff. They are knowledgeable and offer great service. If I have questions, they have the answers and do an amazing job getting me in and out in a timely manner.

The level of customer service and professionalism demonstrated by both the on-site staff and management was unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, employees were rude, dismissive, and poorly trained. Rather than providing assistance, I was met with condescending and patronizing behavior. The individual acting as the on-site manager was especially concerning as he denied even being the manager when asked and then continued to speak to me in a disrespectful and mocking manner. This lack of accountability and integrity is deeply troubling. Unfortunately, the issues extended beyond the store level. My interactions with district management were equally unprofessional. Concerns were not handled respectfully or transparently, and communication felt misleading rather than solution-oriented. It was clear that customer care is not a priority. Most concerning is that the staff appeared inadequately trained, which directly impacts both service quality and customer trust. Due to the poor treatment and lack of professionalism, I ultimately did not even receive service. I cannot support a company that allows this type of behavior at both the store and district leadership levels. Integrity, accountability, and respectful customer service should be basic expectations. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location, or any Valvoline for that matter.

Upon arrival and opening the doors, she had an immediate attitude directing the car into the bay. She was making faces and aggressive hand gestures and generally just speaking in a rude way. It was nothing but attitude from there, speaking in the same way when asking questions or giving instructions on what to do. I had been there multiple times before and always had a good experience and good report with the techs there, but this experience will make me never go back - at least to this Valvoline. If I were the manager of this place, I'd keep her in the pit and not let her be customer-facing at all.
