  I had a great experience with my recent car service. The staff was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. It was really great to work with Kayla thr service rep who assisted me in scheduling the service and also working through thr service completion .The service was completed on time. My car horn was not working and its fixed now and I really appreciate the attention to detail and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them and will be coming back for future services.

  I bought my car here and bring it here for regular service. It’s a little out of my way but I trust the dealership. The drop off is easy and there’s a waiting room with coffee and water available as well as wifi. If you need to drop off your car you can arrange a drop off and pickup service with them. Just ask. My car is always well taken care of and I trust them to do the work and make any needed recommendations.

  At the end of October I bought a 2025 Hyundai Sonata. I couldn’t be more thankful for our salesman Ali Ismail who was great from the first day we stepped in and spoke about this car to the day I came back with my dad to buy it. He has been helpful and very attentive. I’m glad to of had him through this whole process. The people we met with were wonderful. Thank you for everything. I have only kind things to say about this dealership.

  Ian Smith (my salesperson) was great! I was shopping around for a new lease for my wife gave me exactly what I was working with, what I was looking for and what my goal was. With no back and fourth it came up with the deal I was exactly looking for ! Unlike other dealerships where they go back and fourth and try to get the most out of you, Ian made sure he gave me the deal I wanted in ONE swoop. Ian made the process quick and painless. I aaa pleased with everything FredBeans has to offer as a dealership and I can’t recommend Ian enough go check him out !

  I’m honestly surprised I hadn’t left a review for Fred Beans Hyundai sooner. My purchase was straightforward: I ordered a new 2023 Tucson Hybrid a few years ago, placed the deposit, and didn’t require financing. When the vehicle arrived months later, I picked it up without any issues. Even the finance manager commented on how unusually quick and effortless the closing process was. However, things took a strange turn after I completed the J.D. Power survey. I answered honestly, giving high praise to my salesman, Kyle, but rated other aspects—like the parking lot and their [dingy] dimly lit showroom—around 7 or 8 out of 10. I didn’t give all 10s because some areas simply didn’t meet that standard. Weeks later, Kyle called me and proceeded to berate me for not giving perfect scores on the survey. The conversation was so uncomfortable that my adult daughter overheard it and asked what was going on. I have never been spoken to so rudely, especially after making such a significant purchase. It was truly surreal. I tried to share this experience with Fred Beans management, but instead of understanding, I was “schooled” on the importance of these surveys. This entire ordeal left a very bad taste in my mouth. Because of this experience and the way I was treated, I will never buy anything from any Fred Beans dealership again—not even a light bulb. In short: I strongly advise caution when dealing with Fred Beans Hyundai (perhaps all their brands) and the culture of their sales team.
