The main reason is the inaccurate timelines constantly given and then 0 follow up after those time lines are communicated. I have been told multiple times "We will know in 48hrs"or "we should have an answer in a day or two." This was the response given about getting a field tech in house to look at the car at that was 2 weeks ago, still no answer. This is not the only time I have not been given an accurate time line. There is radio silence and no follow up ever. I understand they're not going to be able to call every customer but when a car has been there for now 50 days, you think there would be some priorities taken to fix and get the car out of the service center.
