  This was our second time working with Pran. He actually makes the process enjoyable instead of dreadful! Pran was extremely easy to work with and got us a great deal! We also worked with Alex in finance for the second time. She is also awesome at her job. Thanks guys. We will definitely be back!

  I had an awesome experience at Fred Beans Hyundai working with George Snyder and Jess DePasqua. I showed up planning to really take my time, and George didn’t rush me at all. I actually drove two different cars just to make sure I picked the right one, and he was patient, helpful, and genuinely focused on what I needed—not just trying to push a sale. Once I made my decision, Jess DePasqua in finance kept everything moving smoothly. She explained everything clearly, didn’t play any games with the numbers, and made the paperwork part surprisingly easy. Even with two test drives and all my questions, the entire process—from walking in to driving out—took about two hours. That’s almost unheard of at a dealership. If you’re looking for a place that respects your time and actually listens, definitely check out George and Jess at Fred Beans Hyundai. They made the whole thing simple and stress‑free.

  As a first-time new car buyer, I was really nervous about the experience and expected it to be stressful. However, it was the opposite!! Andy Ely was our sales consultant, and he really made it a seamless process. He worked with us to find the perfect car at the perfect price. I would highly recommend him and Hyundai of Doylestown to anyone!!

  After 14 years I had to replace my beloved Dodge Caravan. Oh how times and cars have changed! My salesman Chip Clements was very patient with me as I know nothing of the new technology on cars today. I was trying to decide between 2 vehicles, a Hyundai Palisade and a Kia Carnival. Chip took me on 2 different test drives and one with my husband. The exact car we wanted wasn't on the Doylestown, PA lot but Chip helped us bring the car over from a sister dealership in Flemington, NJ. He helped us negotiate a fair deal for our trade-in and the new Palisade. He was off the day we took delivery but he called the next day to make sure everything was ok and invited me to call him if I ever had any questions or needed help. He took care of me and I appreciate that so much. I should also mention the General Sales Manager, Andrew Cave and the Business Manager, Louis Reyes. Both of them were very courteous and helpful with the negotiating process.

  I was looking at (2) 2025 Bronco Big Bends online, it’s advertised as being on the lot. I made an appointment, asked my job to leave early. Then I was told (on the day of the appointment) via phone that the vehicles were not on the lot. These vehicles are also being advertised as “new”, the vehicles are loaner vehicles which is why they were not on the lot. The sales person could not even confirm how many miles they had it them but stated not more than “3k miles”. I made them multiple reasonable offers, they were only willing to take $200 off of their price! What a joke! I found a brand new 2025 white bronco big bend with the same package they have for almost 3k less with free next day delivery. Shop around, I would not recommend this place. Horrible customer service and communication too!
