This is my first time having to rent from them, and as chaotic as my last few days have been they made it SO EASY and only had to ask a few questions to get me going. I had a small issue with the car and they were very quick to swap me out into a better option. On top of that, this all was happening while customers came in and out by the dozens and every single person on this building were super friendly, super patient and at the same time hustling in and out to get cars to and from customers. I mean I saw some employees RUNNING back and forth! That is dedication to a job, and this branch deserves a few free lunches from corporate at least for the effort I saw today! Have no fear if you need a rental, COME HERE!!

They seem to be making it up as they go along. Lacking in customer service across the board. So yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They used to be my favorite until now!
