They gave me the wrong filter and tried not to exchange it because i had tried to install it. Bill told me I should have checked all the parts first. He finally took it off my receipt instead of exchanging for the correct parts. My interaction ended with him throwing the correct filter and receipt at me in disgust that I had him correct the mistake. Other workers did nothing as this unfolded in a heated argument. This guy, Bill, has given others the same treatment. Spend your money somewhere else and Corporate, if you read these, get rid of this guy.
