  I had a screw in my car tire. I took the tire/wheel into Mavis. They had me all fixed up in about 5 minutes. Very friendly staff.

  Got my Jeep in for a tire in and they got it right away! Very friendly and knowledgeable about my questions on changing to new tires. Will be back to purchase from them.

  If I could leave negative numbers I would. My wife and stepdaughter went in there because of a screw if her tire...the car is less then 3 years old... She was told they couldn't plug it because the tires were dry rotted. I had the guy call me and told me the same which is ridiculous. They were trying to up sell a brand new set of tires, I believe taking advantage of 2 women. Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy....update ... taken to another place and was told there's no dry rot on the tires and tire was simply plugged, so Mavis was trying to sell tires that were not needed and possibly trying to advantage of them because it was 2 women that took it there. Never again will I go there

  I have taken 2 low mileage vehicles to Mavis for PA State safety inspection and emissions and coincidentally both were failed for the same reason of leaking shocks. Although the suspension components were not blown, showed minimal signs of wear and did not display excessive leaking as claimed, I was instructed they needed to be replaced for a hefty price in order to pass. After receiving what best can be described as over the top and somewhat aggressive sales tactics from the service manager explaining how they can complete the work much less than by going to the dealer, I opted to take my vehicle elsewhere for second opinion and was passed for safety inspection. Makes me question if what was diagnosed was truly an issue or the need to reach monthly sales numbers.

  Excellent experience with the manager and the other workers. I was sent over to this location from a different store and they were able to find things that was not noted by the previous location. The manager was able to get the price down for me due to already paying a decent amount at the first garage I had gone to. Will be going back for my regular maintenance for sure! Everyone was friendly and the store was very clean. This appointment was for my inspection and wheel alignment.
