  not gona lie the guy was kinda an ass when I approached him. I was looking for a specific part for my car since it stopped working on the way to my families Christmas eve. He "looked it up" but he didn't ask me what trim model my car was so he ended up giving me the wrong part. I had to wait til after Christmas to get the correct part and fix it.

  Missed deadlines. Poor communication. (3050 Carlisle Rd. Dover PA) As a business owner, you can learn a lot from your negative online reviews and monitoring them and responding to bad reviews should be an integral part of your reputation management strategy. It takes years to win a customer and seconds to lose one. I currently sit in a conference room filled with executives who all understand the importance of great customer service. If the employees aren't trained to cater to the customers needs in every aspect of that business then that business will eventually build a bad rep and the news will spread like gangrene. What took place at this location today will be forgiven because I believe in giving second and third chances. But not every business owner will be as forgiving as I am. I appreciate the services that was rendered to my company today, but I would hope in the near future that (SOME) employees at this location take a training class in customer service. I will not expose any particular employee or employees because anyone can have a bad day, but please be mindful of the conduct displayed when dealing with customers because that can affect business dealing for your organization in the future. Many big business owners have large accounts at this location, and if the employees aren't qualified to handle certain business situations how can they expect someone to continue doing business with them. I am highly disappointed as a professional with this particular autozone, but I empathize, because like I said, things happen.

  Just want to give this store a 5 star rating! I stopped in for some new windshield wipers and they helped me repair them, then we had a slight problem, the tech accidentally let the passenger side wiper blade slam the window causing a 3-5inch crack. Afterwards he reports it to his manager and they took 100% responsibility of owning it and making it right with repairing it with a new windshield all within 24 hrs of the damage. I will be back for any and everything I need for my vehicle while working here in this area for the next several months.
