And I didn’t have a physical signed copy of the information for my car info ,plus Penn dots website was acting up , at first it was cool I’ll give u time to look it up on your phone n he’ll take a copy off my phone . Mind you I don’t live far from there . So then it’s my scheduled appointment time when I pulled everything up and he(Mike) fake looking Tekashi69 looking guy talking about they close at 5 and that the guy won’t have time to do it …I’m like what its now time for my scheduled appointment . I’m not late .. so I took my car and left . I’ll go and take my money elsewhere smh

I place an appointment on Friday with a female operator for a 9am oil change for the following Sunday, Only to hear that my appointment was not set. I know now, if you call and set an appointment with the operator make sure you call the shop to verify first before you come in. I came here a 9am for nothing. Talk about service.

I ended up getting (2) premium tires at a great price. For my situation it was a very great experience & technician said we want you safe on the road. So glad he point out the other tire. Especially with Pennsylvania potholes everywhere.
