  Excellent service, shaun and his team went above and beyond. I came in a few minutes before closing with a flat tire. Shaun got me right in and my tire was fixed within a few minutes. Thanks again shaun

  10/10 experience all around. I had a screw in my tire and stopped in right away. They fixed it incredibly quickly and had me back on the road in no time. The staff was not only efficient but also genuinely polite and respectful the entire time. Would recommend to anyone with the same issue.

  I was not going to write a review but I am still pretty upset with my experience and feeling that I was robbed. Maybe it was bad timing, but I just can’t get myself to believe that. I went to get back brakes on my Durango because they have been squealing. Mavis is close to my home and I figured it would be quick and easy. Wrong. I will say the worker that assisted me was very kind and I thank him for that. After 3.5 hours of sitting in the waiting room with my son, I noticed that the workers were under my hood. I asked the front desk worker how much longer for my car, and the nice gentleman came out and told me they took it for a test drive and it started misfiring and the check engine light was flashing. “Has this been happening?” No, actually, it hasn’t. He said they weren’t pulling a code to see why the check engine light was flashing but they were trying to figure out what was wrong. I told them I would like my car back so I can take it for a second opinion. $670 later for brakes and rotors (with an alleged discount), 4 hours of my time, and drove away with a check engine light on. All I wanted was a quick brake change and felt fully taken advantage of, which is my worst fear being a single mom on one income. Funny enough, a few hours later the check engine light turned off. My car seems to be driving fine for me nor is the check engine light blinking. Of course I’m taking it for a second opinion, but I’d like to know what this company does with vehicles on their test drives? Long story short, I would not recommend. You can find a cheaper place where you won’t wait hours and potentially be milked of money.

  I stopped to get air in my tire and one of the guys came out asked me if I would like him to do it, I said sure, Good thing because he found a nail in it and they fixed it, I was at the Dickson city mavis shop, Maurice really helped me and explained everything, Really nice guy, Thank you Maurice.

  Scammers!!!! Don not go here. Took my vehicle in for a simple allignment told me 45 minutes ended up waiting 4 1/2 hours just to get a call back saying the car will be done in 35 more minutes!! After I got the call back after patiently waiting they told me they couldn’t do the allignment the brand new tierods I had just put in were bad and put in wrong and had to be replaced by them !! They only go in one way btw !! And then said my lug nuts were all loose when I brought the vehicle in also not true tightened them down with power tools!! On top of all this when they called asked the make and model of the vehicle they were telling me was bad when it was literally there in the computer and right in front of them !!!! Finally at this point I said you know what you don’t even know the model of the car that your telling me all of this I’m taking it somewhere else. Long story short ended up take it to another garage got me in and out 45 minutes said there was no issues with the tierods and had no problem alligning it.. anyways do not go here they don’t even know which cars they are working on bunch of scammers that try to get you to pay for new parts for no reason.
