They left jam nuts loose on my tie rod ends. The manager of the store is refusing to take my phone calls. I've been fighting with them for weeks to try to fix my car. It's a shame that i'm a return customer and have used mavis many times. Making a mistake isn't a problem, It's when you refuse to live up to that mistake because the manager doesn't want his store to look bad. Update: Took my car to a second Mavis garage. The manager put it on the lift, and told me I was correct. Dickson City Mavis had me driving around with a tie rod end ready to fall off my car! Can you imagine the incompetence! They still wanted to charge it to the warranty company and charge me $120 for two new tires. I called the Coperate office, the number to their response on this review. A very nice lady told me, I was correct. It was a store issue, not a warranty issue. She assured me, my tires would be replaced and my car fixed at no cost to me. I appreciate the corporate office's help, but what a shame of what i had to go through, or even that it had to come to that. Mavis I hope you provide your Dickson City Manager some Accountability and some Integrity training. While you are at it, I think there are some technicians that need additional training! If that tie rod came loose, I could have been killed along with my family. I won't condemn Mavis as a company. As I said, corporate was very helpful. However, I hope anyone who decides to use their Dickson City store reads this first and uses extreme caution. Remember, your life is in their hands. And from my experience, my life will never be in their hands again.

They gave me a quote for a total of $1200.00. That’s right twelve hundred. Needless to say that I took it for a second opinion and it needed none of that. This place rips off their customers and I will never recommend them to anyone.
