  I purchased a Trialmaster from Grenadier Devon and had the pleasure of working with Aydin. This was by far my best car purchasing experience. No pressure or aggressive sales tactics. Everyone at the dealership was kind and welcoming. I had to drop by for a quick service check- they had me in and out in 15 minutes. After a month of ownership I could not be happier with the vehicle and I look forward to working with Grenadier Devon and Aydin in the future!

  Wow!!! What an incredible experience between dealing with Tim and Kirsten, the experience was outstanding!! I understand the dread of dealing with dealerships and the high pressure sales. This treatment was a breath of fresh air. It started in the middle of the week with a quick conversation with Tim regarding the vehicle I was interested in and he supplied me with everything I needed from the Carfax to the in-house prep work to cost through a system called iPacket. 100% transparency!! When the wife and I went to look and test drive the vehicle, Tim was very accommodating and gave us all the time we needed to inspect the truck. Btw.....I was not there to buy one of their Grenadier's but they were extremely welcoming. Side note... the Grenadier is a very cool vehicle and has now made it to my "one day, I will own one list". After coming back from the test drive, I had noticed some minor detail issues which were addressed by the detail crew while we were finalizing the paperwork. Kristen, in the finance office was so pleasant and a joy to deal with. She explained everything to me as well as available warranties for the truck. There was absolutely no pressure and she answered all our questions! In the market for a new vehicle? This is where you go!!
