  Simple process from reservation to pickup. I had to extend my reservation multiple times while I was waiting for my personal vehicle to be repaired. Staff made the extension process very simple. Everyone I encountered at this location was friendly and professional. If needed I would definitely rent from this location again.

  I’ve been renting from National since the early 2000s and have always appreciated how easy the booking process is. The staff are consistently friendly and professional, and the vehicle selection across classes is excellent. My only issue this time was the $400 deposit that’s charged in addition to the rental cost. I understand deposits are standard with rentals. I had simply forgotten how much it was. Although not being a problem, it did feel a little blindsiding at pickup. Since optional items like additional coverage are clearly listed in the total estimate during booking, I think the required deposit should also be shown the same way so customers have full transparency about what will actually be charged at pickup.
