  Gaslighting is an understatement for the lack of service I received today from the prehistoric policy practices and slimy behavior finding out they are taking bribes for cars even when reserved!! I’m not surprised of all that I’m hearing about this location!!!!! I will never return such a huge waste of time to Mae a reservation and be told the car isn’t there because I wanted to rewrite the same rental I got from the amazing 19th and chestnut branch . I will continue to use them !!! Stay away from this depleted property

  Only one name will make me give this location and business 5 stars—- Kaylah Stevenson. I had a collision and I am still coming to grips with it. My car is in the body shop. I was rather short and kind of rude when speaking by phone with Kaylah this week. I was upset and think I let my frustration spill over when speaking to Kaylah. However, she managed to keep her composure and remained very professional during my temper tantrum. She informed me that she would have to discontinue our conversation if I remained boisterous… upset. She reminded me that she was there to help me. She truly personifies excellence. She resolved the issue I had with enterprise’s automobile. Kaylah was soft spoken and her responses were measured. Truly Enterprise is underserved with Kaylah in her present capacity. She should be higher up in the corporate food chain… training personnel or in the PR division. Thank you Kaylah for caring about your customers.

  I went to enterprise on January 9, 2026. I was greeted by a young, beautiful lady. She was very respectful polite and helpful. My experience was great and I have no complaints.
