    Rental was Clean and New. The service was quick. They have us in and out quick during time of getting the car and returning. I was a little skeptical of the location but all was surprisingly great!

    Horrible experience, told me lies on the phone and waisted my time . I never experienced this at this location I was really shocked , very unprofessional, argumentative and most of all unknowledgeable . I wish I had went with the Enterprise at Baltimore Pike they are all so very nice and caring in fact when I walked in the door they knew me by name and remembered me I was in shock , I didn’t know how to take it , lol. They are Professional. If you can’t get to that one in particular just go to Hertz .
