Very dissatisfied with their service dept. I bought a new Chevy Colorado there in 2024. A year and a half later I learned it had a bad Caliper which caused issues with the brakes. They replaced it under warranty and put a new set of brakes on that have not stopped squealing since they have been installed. I set up an appt. to have them looked at and they brought me all the way there to tell me they could not help me. It was Chevy's fault to call Chevy and then they sent me on my way. Never called first. Just let me come down and then didn't want to help. In the meantime, I have brand new squealing brakes that are very disturbing. Not only have I bought a truck there, my son and his friend also did. And they do not want to help me with this annoying problem. I would not recommend them after the lack of service they have given me.

Luke in sales and the Finance Manager Ken went above and beyond to help me out! Financing was a breeze (didn’t have to wait for hours) even after a local GMC dealership lied to me. The highest marks for these two guys! The professionalism and give a crap attitude showed greatly. I highly recommend anyone to give them a chance!

While traveling across the state, we had a sensor go out. Hawkins made time for us immediately! After completing a full inspection, the problem turned out to be much bigger than we thought and technicians provided a full explanation and a video walk through that made it easy to understand. In addition, they provided an honest opinion and explained options. This was my second experience at this dealership and while it wasn’t good news this time, i felt confident they were truly invested in giving us complete information and helping us decide the best course of action with absolutely no pressure to decide right away. They were even happy to let us leave the truck there so we could complete our trip and return to deal with it later. Amazing service and terrific staff!
